From one small website a phenomenon is born! If you see or hear this page showcased somewhere do tell me about it because I'd love to know.
Once upon a time we invented a great game called "Escape From Eluned". In truth you've probably played it yourself under a different name.
The rules are as follows (see bottom of page for alternative version)...
1) Get a friend very drunk - one called Eluned works best.
2) Balance as many things as you can on them without waking them up.
3) Take photographic evidence.
4) Remove all the items, thus leaving the victim unaware that anything has happened.
5) Create a website. Sit back and watch friend turn red.

I've also been emailed with alternative rules for a game called "Benaroo".
This time you take it turns to each balance a single item on the passed out person without waking them up. The object is to get as much stuff on the person, with the winner being the player who last managed to successfully balance an item with stirring the victim.
The loser is obviously the one who takes it that step to far and wakes the drunkard, making them 'aroo!' They then get the full blame from the enraged victim and have to tidy the mess.
The pioneers who bought this version of the game to my attention are Tom, Helen, and Drew from the Stourbridge Elmfield bunch, who first played this on their friend Ben (Bromsgrove King Ed's people also are keen players).
The downside is the difficulty in actually catching the Benaroo in action. So far they haven't managed to do it. If you play and do manage to capture the moment, you know what to do.
